Called Plumb Pros and ended up finding out that there was a bigger issue that we were unaware about without their expertise. Rolly came out and was super knowledgeable and patient with us as the news we received wasn’t what we planned on fixing at the time. It should be noted that Rolly gave us all the pros and cons of fixing this issue and didn’t pressure us into anything we couldn’t afford. Rolly’s communication regarding the issue was great, I was aware of the issues and everything it entailed. Long story short, our plumbing issue was fixed and we have a reliable plumbing company that we can call and refer our friends and family to. Thanks Rolly and the crew who assisted.

Plant pros came out on Sunday night due to an emergency water rising issue in our basement. We had five different houses rising water in the Neighbourhood and they’re just so happy to be a plumber named Jason from Plumrose running around like crazy. Highly Recommend. On a Sunday afternoon our basement began flooding.Plumb Pros Inc picked up immediately and said Jason could be there in 10 minutes. This was after another company told us they weren't sure if they could get someone out to us for several hours. Jason quickly assessed the situation and determined it was a main sewer line issue which could impact other houses. He found that 3 of our neighbor's basements were also flooding up to a foot of water in each. He took action to stop the flooding. He coordinated calling the city, to clear the line and BoneDry to coordinate with our insurance company and to begin mitigation for our basement. This company is top notch professional and their willingness to go above and beyond and "take care of the client" was very appreciated. Thank you Plum Pros and specifically Jason for taking care if us.

They ran a good price for a drain cleaning, called late in the day and there were there the next morning. Jason is a stellar tech, professional, clean, and knowledgeable. Having reliable service providers you can count on in an emergency or just for regular home maintenance again and again is a must for homeowners. That’s why I highly recommend Plumb Pros. I call them first for all my home plumbing work. Aside from things like line cleaning and water heater flushing, I’ve had them replace my master water cut-off and add a pressure regulator, repair my interior sewer line and basement drain, and install a water softener unit for my furnace condensation drain. Today Gage and Carlos performed their usual excellent work repairing a pipe underneath my kitchen sink which was leaking through my basement ceiling (caught it just in time!) Plumb Pro’s pricing is competitive, their workmanship top-notch, their advice and guidance helpful, and all of their people friendly, professional and courteous. I appreciated Plumbpros being open on a Saturday. Jason, Plumbpros technician arrived that same morning a d took a complete description of what had happen with my furnace. He discussed with me possible reasons for the furnace failiing to heat but still run the fan. After performing several tests he determined the furnace needed to be replaced. I was delighted to hear that Plumpros stocked Carrier brand furnaces and also had a senior discount to help with the cost. On Monday, Jason and Ezra arrived to install my new furnace . I was impressed by their effort to insure my rugs were protected from any damage or dirt when moving the furnaces up and down the stairs to the basement. Both Plumbpros technicians were very professional and easy to talk to, answering any questions I had. I was amazed watching how technical installing a new furnace is. Plumb Pro was here yesterday at my home in north Denver trouble shooting my furnace. It seems it had a mind of its own and would come on when it wanted to or not come on at all. Dominick went to work and after a thorough inspection found that there wasn’t enough gas going from the valve to the furnace and would shut itself off. Had another hvav company out here in early November and said he had fixed it but he had not only wanted to sell me on a maintenance contract. Dominick was on time polite and wasn’t trying to upsell me anything only wanted to fix the problem. I like that, will use them again.

We needed to get our hot water heater replaced and saw Plumb Pros in the Google Maps search. They came out within the hour. Fonz and Gage helped us thru the estimation process because we decided to upgrade our system to a tankless heater. Fonz did a terrific job explaining what needed to be done. Before the end of the day, they had the old heater out and by the end of the next day, we had a completely new high efficiency hot water heater installed complete with a higher capacity gas line. I highly recommend Plumb Pros for your plumbing work. TL;DR: Fonz and team installed a Rinnai tankless water heater with expertise. Solid install and very professional interactions.The longer story is that I had an 18-year old failing tankless water heater that needed repaired or replaced. I called a recommended plumbing company to address the issue and the plumber made the entire experience feel transactional. He didn't ask questions to understand my issue and simply did not convey any sense of wanting to help. I called Plumb Pros on the next day. Fonz came out, assessed the situation and gave me options - something we all want - including a well-priced replacement solution. He and team came out soon after to do a complete replacement. Nothing was left incomplete and no shortcuts were taken. I believe in writing solid reviews for companies and people who deserve them. Plumb Pros earned not only business, but also my trust.
“Imagine my homeowner surprise when I woke up at 6AM on January 23,2026 to fill the coffeepot with water and saw that the right side of a double sink (the other side being a garbage disposal) in the kitchen was retaining water and had not drained all night. This scene seems to have started the evening before but I had hoped that it was just a slow drain. I had a sinking(no pun intended) feeling that truly all was not well and there could be a real problem. I had tried the evening before to use vinegar and baking soda to open the drain but to no avail. Jason was efficient, careful, and seemed to understand the situation quite well and shared it with me in a professional and understandable manner.

“My brother and I, who live in New York, rent out our family home in Denver. Earlier this month (May 2025), the sewer line in the backyard became clogged. Plumb Pros came immediately and diagnosed the problem as a serious invasion of the 70-year-old line by tree. The work required digging down 12 ft. to the line with backhoe and another 3 ft. by hand at the connection to the sewer main. It was a huge project that Plumb Pros managed in a very few days. Their work was impeccable. They laid boards on the grass to pile the dirt on so it didn't damage the lawn. The neighbor's fence that had to be taken down to get the backhoe in was carefully put back with no complaint from the neighbor. Our tenants were minimally inconvenienced and greatly appreciative.

“Upon shutting down the sprinkler system, I discovered a slow leak that, upon the advent of cold weather, would allow pipes to freeze and cause damage. I called Plumb Pros, and I am pleased to report that the quality of service I received vastly exceeded my highest expectations.
