We saw where the disposal was leaking under the kitchen sink. We had used Plumb Pros prior and we called to set up an appointment. This sink was installed a year ago by another company . We had nothing but problems with that company. Plumb Pros sent Zach/ Ezra to replace our disposal. They were very pleasant to work with. They replaced the disposal in about and hour. I would highly recommend they for your service needs.

I wanted to let you know that Zack and David did a wonderful job in replacing a Drum Trap that was the original pipe and it got a whole in it. Our house was built in about 1951 so the pipe was quite old. Before it was replaced we discovered that it had a hole in it. I took a shower in the upstairs bath and my husband went down into the basement and foud the tile floor covered in water. Once they replaced The Drum Trap another leak was found due to the carpeting in a bedroom. Upon removing several wall boards it was discovered that another pipe had been leaking from the upstairs bathroom sink. That was then replaced so that we don't have any more leaky pipes for now. The work was exceptional and I would recommend this company if you have any plumbing needs.

Gage and his crew came to do maintenance on a swamp cooler for our new house at the beginning of Summer. The man was super straight forward about what things were going to cost, they did the work same day and they were extremely respectful while in my house.Months later, the pump they installed was having trouble and the cool air wasnt circulating anymore - the swamp cooler was just blowing warm air. Gage came back the day after I called, showed up exactly when they had said he would and he got it handled under warranty with no hassle.Stoked to have found these guys -

Charlie with Plumb Pros came out a while back on August 16 to diagnose a problem. I was having with my Mini-Split🦠 system. He gave me peace of mind and explained everything very well. He found the problem right away and fix the issue today. We called Plumb Pros again and Jason and Charlie came out they fixed the issue right away again. I trust this company Plumb Pros to be my service company from now on.

I own a salon and lease my building, and unfortunately, the plumbing has been a nightmare. Yesterday morning I called, and within an hour their team was at my shop. Plumb Pros came out and fixed our laundry drain. We have a mix between new and old plumbing drain. What we hoped was a simple plumbing issue ended up being a massive repair project. I was a stressed homeowner trying to process the water damages and extent of the repairs. Zachary, Oscar and Antonio were wonderful. Zach helped connect me to a water damage restoration company that is dealing with insurance. He explained everything that needed to happen and kept me informed the whole time. He helped me assess options and made clear recommendations. I was overwhelmed just due to the severity of the situation, but the team was wonderful and made me feel as calm as possible. He even worked with the team to go above and beyond to try to save our tree.

The team at Plumb Pros is top notch. I’ve worked with many plumbing companies over the years and have done a lot of DIY renovations. I always get multiple quotes and am pretty critical on the work as many times I can do it myself. When I found an old toilet line under my cabinet in my utility room I had several companies come out and give me a quote on replacing it. Zach at Plumb Pros was extremely knowledgable, honest and excellent at his job. Of the various recommendations he gave me, I went with having them excavate the floor and replace the old cast iron line. They were quick, professional and the pricing was competitive with other companies but the work quality is the best I’ve found in the Arvada area. Thanks again, Zach, Oscar, Jacob, Ezra and Claudia!

We gave Plumb Pros a try and glad we did. Last night out hot water heater was leaking all over the basement floor. We got everything shut off . Today I called Plumb Pros and even though we are in Castle Rock and they are located in Arvada they came promptly today to help us out. Had another service company install a new furnace when I had to replace an old gravity furnace. Not knowing the trade I thought we had an acceptable installation. Later when I called about issues with some loose ducts I was ghosted for quite a while. After too many calls and “rescheduled” appointments they finally came out and sealed the ducts - which should have happened at the time of installation. Next time it got cold and we used the furnace it would shut off after a short time. Called the first company back and was totally ghosted. Called Plumb Pros and they came out right away and found that not only were the ducts too small but there also weren’t enough vents to support the size of furnace that was installed - the furnace was actually too big for the size and configuration of the house! With some reconstruction of some of the vents and the addition of a run/vent they were able to get us back to where we should have been all along.They really have a great team. I spoke with Felipe, Deborah, Larry and Claudia from the office. They kept me in the know about scheduling and communication was fantastic. Alfred came out and figured everything out and came to begin the fix. David and Rafael came to help and took care of finishing everything when Alfred had to be elsewhere for a previously scheduled installation.I am very happy with the fix and the timeliness of them coming to fix someone else’s poor workmanship. AND….. they made it look easy!

Zach arrived early and was quick to get to work. He thoroughly explained the work that was needed (replacing two exterior leaking faucets) and completed the work to code as promised. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. The pricing felt high for the work completed, but I didn't have the time patience to pay multiple plumbers to come out and provide additional quotes. I'm happy with the service that was provided but wish I had gotten a few different price quotes before having them come out.

I was unfortunate enough to have the drain pipe from my house to the sewer collapse resulting in sewage backing up into my basement, but i was fortunate enough to have been recommended Plumb Pros for the work. Before contracting the work, I acquired three quotes before settling on service. I ended up selecting Plumb Pros because of the recommendation, but most importantly their price was the most competitive. Even though their pricing was most attractive, it was the quality of service and professionalism of the entire crew that will keep me as a customer. The project manager, Zach was excellent. He communicated well and insured the project was completed on time and had no surprise costs. Upon completion, everything was cleaned and replaced well. I will be using Plumb Pros for all of my future plumbing needs as well as recommend them to anyone who needs a plumbing company that is honest and hard working!

We recently had a pluming issue regarding a under sink hot water heater. Gage from Plum Pros was very professional and gave us two quotes. One to repair it back to the existing system or an alternative to achieve the same end result. The alternative actually provided near instant hot water at all faucets with less maintenance and it actually cost less and gave us the space back under the sink. We are very happy with the work and will recommend Plum Pros to all our friends.

“My brother and I, who live in New York, rent out our family home in Denver. Earlier this month (May 2025), the sewer line in the backyard became clogged. Plumb Pros came immediately and diagnosed the problem as a serious invasion of the 70-year-old line by tree. The work required digging down 12 ft. to the line with backhoe and another 3 ft. by hand at the connection to the sewer main. It was a huge project that Plumb Pros managed in a very few days. Their work was impeccable. They laid boards on the grass to pile the dirt on so it didn't damage the lawn. The neighbor's fence that had to be taken down to get the backhoe in was carefully put back with no complaint from the neighbor. Our tenants were minimally inconvenienced and greatly appreciative.
Because we live in New York, it is very important to us to have reliable service people for any problems that come up at the house. It was obviously an expensive job, but we could be at least be comforted by the fact that it was done super well.

“Upon shutting down the sprinkler system, I discovered a slow leak that, upon the advent of cold weather, would allow pipes to freeze and cause damage. I called Plumb Pros, and I am pleased to report that the quality of service I received vastly exceeded my highest expectations. I was unaware that the test ports should not be used for blowing out the sprinkler system; that, instead, compressed air should be introduced so as not to harm the bell assembly. Jonathan installed a valve so as to allow this, thus dramatically lengthening the life of the regulator. He simply would not stop, working tirelessly until everything was done to my satisfaction.
