“Upon shutting down the sprinkler system, I discovered a slow leak that, upon the advent of cold weather, would allow pipes to freeze and cause damage. I called Plumb Pros, and I am pleased to report that the quality of service I received vastly exceeded my highest expectations. Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable, highly professional, and most considerate. Upon inspecting the problem, he knew exactly what to do and how to do it.
I was unaware that the test ports should not be used for blowing out the sprinkler system; that, instead, compressed air should be introduced so as not to harm the bell assembly. Jonathan installed a valve so as to allow this, thus dramatically lengthening the life of the regulator. He simply would not stop, working tirelessly until everything was done to my satisfaction. His professionalism was matched only by his friendliness and consideration. I would not hesitate a moment to recommend Jonathan to anyone for virtually any plumbing issue. You simply won't find a more personable and capable individual.

When my water heater went out, I called Plumb Pros due to some of the reviews and ratings that I read. You will get good service but if you are in a situation where you HAVE to replace a water heater, you will get taken advantage of due to the situation you are in. After further research and talking to other plumbing companies, I was overcharged on the water heater and installation by $1000 to $1500. When everything was installed and the water was turned on, they found that I had a severely leaking water shut off valve which obviously had to be replaced right away. I was told that the labor would be free and I would just have to pay for the parts. 1 ball valve and a couple small pieces of copper line and was charged $550. Ball valve at a hardware store $30 tops. Copper line and pieces $30 tops.”
