I highly recommend Plumb Pros for your plumbing work. TL;DR: Fonz and team installed a Rinnai tankless water heater with expertise. Solid install and very professional interactions.The longer story is that I had an 18-year old failing tankless water heater that needed repaired or replaced. I called a recommended plumbing company to address the issue and the plumber made the entire experience feel transactional. He didn't ask questions to understand my issue and simply did not convey any sense of wanting to help. I called Plumb Pros on the next day. Fonz came out, assessed the situation and gave me options - something we all want - including a well-priced replacement solution. He and team came out soon after to do a complete replacement. Nothing was left incomplete and no shortcuts were taken. I believe in writing solid reviews for companies and people who deserve them. Plumb Pros earned not only business, but also my trust.

We were having issues with the sewer backing up in the basement and after renting a roto-rooter and cleaning up the carnage on Sunday, Wednesday morning (after my husband left to go out of town)... it backed up again. First time I've called a plumber and I've been driving by Plumb Pros office for years and I prefer to support small business so I thought I'd give them a shot. I was able to schedule a service call that afternoon and Gage was able to get here earlier than expected. Gage was knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, communicative and respectful of my home and the security of my Dogs. We went over multiple options for more permanent fixes and my husband and I were pleased with the quotes. Plumbing is pretty much the only trade we are missing from our construction circle so I am grateful to have found a company that obviously has my back.

Gage was patient and professional throughout the project. He capped a gas line where we'd taken out a gas stove. He was neat. He explained what he had to do and so on; no surprises.I felt like the cost was high but that might be mostly that I hadn't hired a plumber for some time.I'd recommend Plumb Pros and Gage to a relative.

Jim and Matt were wonderful to work with. They were knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. Before they did anything they made sure I knew the cost and even gave me multiple quotes for the projects I want to save up for. My drains are running smooth and I plan to work with them again on my other home projects. I highly recommend this company, especially if you are newer to understanding plumbing systems. They seemed to care about my knowledge just as much as getting a quality job done. I would say their pricing is fair and affordable. Great service from a family-owned company! Jim came to help with a plumbing issue at our house, and he was great to work with. Another company had quoted only full replacement of a perfectly good toilet, instead of just replacing a valve. Jim walked me through the issue and what he could do to replace the necessary parts, and was done so quickly! Will definitely call next time we need them.

We saw where the disposal was leaking under the kitchen sink. We had used Plumb Pros prior and we called to set up an appointment. This sink was installed a year ago by another company . We had nothing but problems with that company. Plumb Pros sent Zach/ Ezra to replace our disposal. They were very pleasant to work with. They replaced the disposal in about and hour. I would highly recommend they for your service needs.

I wanted to let you know that Zack and David did a wonderful job in replacing a Drum Trap that was the original pipe and it got a whole in it. Our house was built in about 1951 so the pipe was quite old. Before it was replaced we discovered that it had a hole in it. I took a shower in the upstairs bath and my husband went down into the basement and foud the tile floor covered in water. Once they replaced The Drum Trap another leak was found due to the carpeting in a bedroom. Upon removing several wall boards it was discovered that another pipe had been leaking from the upstairs bathroom sink. That was then replaced so that we don't have any more leaky pipes for now. The work was exceptional and I would recommend this company if you have any plumbing needs.

Gage and his crew came to do maintenance on a swamp cooler for our new house at the beginning of Summer. The man was super straight forward about what things were going to cost, they did the work same day and they were extremely respectful while in my house.Months later, the pump they installed was having trouble and the cool air wasnt circulating anymore - the swamp cooler was just blowing warm air. Charlie with Plumb Pros came out a while back on August 16 to diagnose a problem. I was having with my Mini-Split🦠 system. He gave me peace of mind and explained everything very well. He found the problem right away and fix the issue today. We called Plumb Pros again and Jason and Charlie came out they fixed the issue right away again. What we hoped was a simple plumbing issue ended up being a massive repair project. I was a stressed homeowner trying to process the water damages and extent of the repairs. Zachary, Oscar and Antonio were wonderful. Zach helped connect me to a water damage restoration company that is dealing with insurance. He explained everything that needed to happen and kept me informed the whole time. He helped me assess options and made clear recommendations. I was overwhelmed just due to the severity of the situation, but the team was wonderful and made me feel as calm as possible. He even worked with the team to go above and beyond to try to save our tree.

The team at Plumb Pros is top notch. I’ve worked with many plumbing companies over the years and have done a lot of DIY renovations. I always get multiple quotes and am pretty critical on the work as many times I can do it myself. When I found an old toilet line under my cabinet in my utility room I had several companies come out and give me a quote on replacing it. Zach at Plumb Pros was extremely knowledgable, honest and excellent at his job. Of the various recommendations he gave me, I went with having them excavate the floor and replace the old cast iron line. They were quick, professional and the pricing was competitive with other companies but the work quality is the best I’ve found in the Arvada area. Thanks again, Zach, Oscar, Jacob, Ezra and Claudia!
