I highly recommend Plumb Pros for any of your plumbing or HVAC needs. I contacted them via the web portal a few days after a busy holiday weekend of hosting family for a backed-up kitchen sink drain. Their office reached out to me same day and had technicians scheduled the next day. Zach B and Antonio were excellent. Highly professional, very knowledgeable, and treated my home with respect. The best part was that they were incredibly efficient and had the blockage cleared within the hour. They were both extremely courteous and even left me with some tips for routine maintenance to help keep my drains clear. Can't thank Zach B enough, he was great!

Hands down the BEST team I've met. Plumb Pro was here yesterday at my home in north Denver trouble shooting my furnace. It seems it had a mind of its own and would come on when it wanted to or not come on at all. Dominick went to work and after a thorough inspection found that there wasn’t enough gas going from the valve to the furnace and would shut itself off. Had another hvav company out here in early November and said he had fixed it but he had not only wanted to sell me on a maintenance contract. Dominick was on time polite and wasn’t trying to upsell me anything only wanted to fix the problem. I like that, will use them again.

We needed to get our hot water heater replaced and saw Plumb Pros in the Google Maps search. They came out within the hour. Fonz and Gage helped us thru the estimation process because we decided to upgrade our system to a tankless heater. Fonz did a terrific job explaining what needed to be done. Before the end of the day, they had the old heater out and by the end of the next day, we had a completely new high efficiency hot water heater installed complete with a higher capacity gas line. Besides their great work, I love supporting local, family owned businesses. They've been doing plumbing for over 20 years and it's obvious they want to do it right. The office communicated well and everyone was on the same page throughout the process. I highly recommend Plumb Pros for your plumbing work. TL;DR: Fonz and team installed a Rinnai tankless water heater with expertise. Solid install and very professional interactions.The longer story is that I had an 18-year old failing tankless water heater that needed repaired or replaced. I called a recommended plumbing company to address the issue and the plumber made the entire experience feel transactional. He didn't ask questions to understand my issue and simply did not convey any sense of wanting to help. I called Plumb Pros on the next day. Fonz came out, assessed the situation and gave me options - something we all want - including a well-priced replacement solution. He and team came out soon after to do a complete replacement. Nothing was left incomplete and no shortcuts were taken. I believe in writing solid reviews for companies and people who deserve them. Plumb Pros earned not only business, but also my trust.

We were having issues with the sewer backing up in the basement and after renting a roto-rooter and cleaning up the carnage on Sunday, Wednesday morning (after my husband left to go out of town)... it backed up again. First time I've called a plumber and I've been driving by Plumb Pros office for years and I prefer to support small business so I thought I'd give them a shot. I was able to schedule a service call that afternoon and Gage was able to get here earlier than expected. Gage was knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, communicative and respectful of my home and the security of my Dogs. We went over multiple options for more permanent fixes and my husband and I were pleased with the quotes. Plumbing is pretty much the only trade we are missing from our construction circle so I am grateful to have found a company that obviously has my back.

Gage was patient and professional throughout the project. He capped a gas line where we'd taken out a gas stove. He was neat. Before they did anything they made sure I knew the cost and even gave me multiple quotes for the projects I want to save up for. My drains are running smooth and I plan to work with them again on my other home projects. I highly recommend this company, especially if you are newer to understanding plumbing systems. Great service from a family-owned company! Jim came to help with a plumbing issue at our house, and he was great to work with. Another company had quoted only full replacement of a perfectly good toilet, instead of just replacing a valve. We saw where the disposal was leaking under the kitchen sink. We had used Plumb Pros prior and we called to set up an appointment. This sink was installed a year ago by another company . We had nothing but problems with that company. Plumb Pros sent Zach/ Ezra to replace our disposal. They were very pleasant to work with. They replaced the disposal in about and hour. I would highly recommend they for your service needs.

I wanted to let you know that Zack and David did a wonderful job in replacing a Drum Trap that was the original pipe and it got a whole in it. Our house was built in about 1951 so the pipe was quite old. Before it was replaced we discovered that it had a hole in it. I took a shower in the upstairs bath and my husband went down into the basement and foud the tile floor covered in water. Once they replaced The Drum Trap another leak was found due to the carpeting in a bedroom. Upon removing several wall boards it was discovered that another pipe had been leaking from the upstairs bathroom sink. That was then replaced so that we don't have any more leaky pipes for now. The work was exceptional and I would recommend this company if you have any plumbing needs.

Gage and his crew came to do maintenance on a swamp cooler for our new house at the beginning of Summer. The man was super straight forward about what things were going to cost, they did the work same day and they were extremely respectful while in my house.Months later, the pump they installed was having trouble and the cool air wasnt circulating anymore - the swamp cooler was just blowing warm air. Charlie with Plumb Pros came out a while back on August 16 to diagnose a problem. I was having with my Mini-Split🦠 system. He gave me peace of mind and explained everything very well.
