“My brother and I, who live in New York, rent out our family home in Denver. Earlier this month (May 2025), the sewer line in the backyard became clogged. Plumb Pros came immediately and diagnosed the problem as a serious invasion of the 70-year-old line by tree. The work required digging down 12 ft. to the line with backhoe and another 3 ft. by hand at the connection to the sewer main. It was a huge project that Plumb Pros managed in a very few days. Their work was impeccable. They laid boards on the grass to pile the dirt on so it didn't damage the lawn. The neighbor's fence that had to be taken down to get the backhoe in was carefully put back with no complaint from the neighbor. Our tenants were minimally inconvenienced and greatly appreciative.
Because we live in New York, it is very important to us to have reliable service people for any problems that come up at the house. It was obviously an expensive job, but we could be at least be comforted by the fact that it was done super well.
